Beautiful and very interesting museum. I definately recommend to anyone who comes visit this charming city, so you can locate yourself in its history of wool and becoming the first textile industry of the Iberia Peninsulae.

A must see for anyone interested in the wool industry and/or the history of Serra da Estrela, where the industrial revolution started in Portugal.

Very complete, with good instations. It's dividid em two main buildings, before 1930 and after. The new part for me was the best, with the explanation of the new industrial revolution machines. This city (Covilhã) is the the equivalent of Sabadell, in Spain or Bradford...More
