Good location to walk into town. Comfortable and easy to navigate. Not a lot of choice for something to eat.

I'll admit the tiles are beautiful, but you only need a minute to appreciate it. Upon arrival I was expecting canal and old seamen homes. Instead I was greeted by modern shops and cafeterias. A pretty station tiled like many with the lovely blue tiles. When you exit the New Station the old building is to the right, we missed it on arrival in Aveiro

A train station that combines well the old station, a beautiful example of the use of tiles in Portuguese train stations, with the new, functional, one.

The station is pretty, and if you're going through the train station definitely have a look! But if you're going out of your way to go and see it I wouldn't really say it's worth it.
