Very nice view ! It was a cool walk ! Take care of your shoes , you can choose between two walks . One is short ( 30mn ) and the other is much longer ( 2:30) .

For a great walk follow the sea wall toward Monte Brasil. Before the nautical club climb the stairs and head to the left. Walt through the park and up the road to Monte Brasil. Great views and so much history. Imagine trying to attack this...More

If you're in Angra, this is an easy drive to get probably the best views of the city. The roads may seem a little sinuous and precipitous for some folks, so be courteous and cautious as you make your way around the mountain.

We walked Monte Brasil. Parked inside Fort then walked towards chapel. Lovely walk with beautiful view on Angra. Then up the dirt path, all the way to the top, which is some 250 meters. You can climb up a bit more and have spectacular view....More
