Not much to see inside, there are some nice features and a small cafe/bar. Only 3 or 4 Euros to enter the castle. You pay for the panoramic view of the surrounding area.

Visited before, impressive as you enter Silves from the hill. Large outer wall, but not much inside. Now has a restaurant inside. Did catcha display by man with a falcon, which was good.

Great Castle to visit; it is a very big place. Nice history about the place; lovely views. While we were there in June it was very hot and the castle is very exposed so an umbrella for shade and drinking water would be handy.
