    I totally recommend BlueXperiences to visit the Benagil cave, it is a fun and refreshing tour, organised by a very professional guide. I would definitely recommend to choose paddle surf over motor boats for sustainable tourism.

    hi ,kids can do thhis but at this age they stil have to go on a board with someone, for the 11 year old i would prefer to see him first ..depends if he is a big enough to take is own board.. thanks

    Hi, the best option is to get a boat, kayak or SUP is not a good idea for non swimers..both have a risk of fall to water... Anyway SUP is safer then kayak Thanks
