Lining one side of the Giraldo Square are the medieval stone arches and arcade. They are a great reminder of the history of the square and importance of Evora over the centuries.

A charming feature of the center square with some shopping and cafes involved, in the center of things, a lot nearby.

They are an interesting architectural element particularly where they bound Praça do Giraldo. They provide shelter, and contain some nice shops and cafes.
