Great church with a lots of history. Very nice stain glasses, and lots of history. The only negative part was that you have to pay to visit.

I bought the 4.5€ ticket that gets you into all parts of the cathedral including the Tower (a long way up a steep flight of stairs) which leads you to the roof where you have great views of Evora, the cloister, the museum and the church itself. I enjoyed the visit and learned about Evora. In addition there is a... More

Typical grand Catholic cathedral. However they do charge admission unlike many others, so unless you have never seen a Catholic cathedral in Portugal, you may not bother.

Steeped in history, excellent panoramic views from the roof. Interesting museum and cloisters. Close to other attractions.

Once in Evora, this Cathedral is a must-see site. The interior and exterior of the Cathedral is stunning and is worth seeing. The terrace offers fantastic panoramic views of Evora city, which is worth capturing.

The Evora cathedral or Sé is nice to visit. On the inside there are many capelas from different families. Nice to see all this devotion from older Portugal

Evora is a Medieval town in the Alentejo region of Portugal. The town is completely inside of large stone walls. While it has a rich history, the town itself is fairly modern with plenty of shops and restaurants. But there are also lots of old churches, a cathedral, and even ancient Roman ruins. The Cathedral is a beautiful place to... More
