As far as Brugge is concerned, hidden gems are few ! The City is all about mass tourism and groups, so quieter than others. So when looking at something different and special, the St Anna district of the City is a must. Beautiful architecture, quiet...More

If you like seeing old religious paintings - especially the ones showing Jesus suffering - this is the place. It’s more like a museum with the many, many paintings. And it’s completely free of charge.

Decent church. Walk around and enjoy the interiors. It wont take more than a few minutes. Nice place to sit and reflect.

This church, with all it's finery, is a MUST-SEE attraction while in Brugge. The details are incredible and mesmerizing. Great place to sit for awhile.

A wonderful building both inside and out. I came across this by accident while walking around the city.

We spent about an hour touring the inside of the church. We had a wait to get in and pay for admission.

Very surprising interior to this church, wonderful work. Very peaceful, nice place to sit and contemplate for a while.

Slightly off the beaten track, the baroque church of Sint Anna boasts a wealth of wonderful panelling shining with polish (and smelling of it too!). Don't miss the counter at the entrance where the poor clocked in to receive their benefits.
