Amazing spot, again a must visit, between the railway station and the medieval town. You can also walk alongside or take pictures from the stone bridge over the lake.

I'm going to bruges for a day and I'd like to know what's best to do in such short time? We'll be staying in a hotel very near to bruges station so how far are the walks and also how do we get to this lake? We will be doing the boat tour hopefully but we would also like to visit this lake. Thank you
