This made a nice relaxing alternative return from the cycle into Bruges. Beautiful scenery and with a little bar aboard, surprisingly quiet on a gorgeous sunny midsummer day. Recommended and Damme is worth the trip.

A favourite and regular day out for us from Bruges, is a walk along the canal from Bruges to Damme and a return on the river boat. Of course with a meal and a beer in between and a nice wander around Damme.
