It's not cheap, but it's very nice to do in Bruges. They change the horses regularly (I believe after 10 tours) and I can guarantee that the horses are very well cared. The coachman give also much information about the city while the ride.

I don't see why they would not allow that. But keep in mind the first half of the ride is only about 15 min long then they stop for about 10 minutes to feed and water the horse. Then the ride is about another 15 minutes... More
