This garden deserves a daily visit while you are in Leuven. Each day something new pops up and the collection of plants is gorgeous and the garden is beautifully maintained. It is centrally located, easy to walk to from most of Leuven and open daily. I loved visiting it everyday for two weeks in February. I imagine it even more... More

No dogs allowed here. The location is very central. This place is informative. During winter season, you may not see a lot of its flowers but the place is still very beautiful. It is a good way to walk or just to have a great conversation with your friends. Tranquility is the word!

We had a very pleasant winter walk throughout the Garden: very well kept and very informative. Would like to make time to come again and visit in different seasons!

Very tranquil in the centre of town with a great display of flowers and trees, all carefully labeled. Special plants can be seen in the green house. This park is used by students on sunny days, or just people with green fingers. Staff is always helpful when having questions. NO DOGS ALLOWED

Had a nice walk around with my girlfriend (a local), and was very impressed with the effort that goes into it.

This botanical garden is situated just outside the town centre but still within walking distance of the Old Market Square. It has a nice range of flowers, plants and fruittrees in the greenhouse which has small paths and bridges over the improvised river. There is also a very nice selection of cactus brands. Outside there are extremely well maintained lawns... More

Late November isn't a colourful time of year, but there was much to enjoy in this relatively small garden. The only drawback is that there is very little additional visitor information apart from the basic plant identification labels.

Even if you don't like going to the gardening like myself you should give it a try. it's so clean, beautiful types of flowers, trees. They have a must see exotics area, if you can't stand humidity you might need to be cautious. It is great for dates, family and or solo
