There is a street market every Friday. A normal square with pubs and a friterie. There is one statue

Nice square with shops to look at, but not a place one would spend a lot of time. It's a nice place to people watch and take a few photos.

There are better places in Gent, this place is not very interesting. The day I visited, there was a flower market which was very good.

We usually make for this place when in Ghent, the Dulle Griet is worth a visit, if you can get in! It's best enjoyed when sunny and the tables and chairs are out, perfect for people watching.
