A nice bridge near the nice St Michel cathedral. From the bridge you can see the three towers of the city and beautiful view of the river with unimaginable buildings.

We crossed this bridge multiples times during our stay in Ghent and found a different type of people there on different days and times of the day. One can photo up and down the street, and up and down the canal.

This is a beautiful bridge in the preserved city center of Ghent. While we were there, a few brides and grooms were photographing their wedding pics on the bridge.

Because the traffic on this bridge is reduce you can take lots of beautiful pictures and also look at the beautiful gingerbread like houses. It is a place that can't be and shouldn't be missed if visiting Ghent.

Located right in the town centre this is the epicentre of the tourist area. You can walk anywhere from here and it's a very nice bridge with good views.

Perfect views - great place for photography of the towers in one direction and up the river in two other directions. So much history and architecture! Come early and late for great light.

Hi nikita g, You can indeed take any train anytime you want. But just at the weekends. If you buy a normal ticket during weekdays, you can be onboard only after 9:00 AM.

I just came back from Amsterdam yesterday! The quickest way is to take the Express train to Brussels and change to Ghent,I suppose. Better have a look on the railways's site good luck,
