Went to this museum not thinking it would be too much, but were very surprised at how wonderful it was. It was perhaps one of the best done in the area. The mannequins in the diarama were so very lifelike that I expected them to...More

If you can visit only one museum in Bastogne, well, this is yours! The quality of the philological reenactment is absolute and the sorrounding experience of the bombardment in the basement is rather better than the Blitz Experience in the London Imperial War Museum! Last...More

This museum has all original stuff and is packed with very realistic dioramas. Take caution with young children In the basement, there is a hospital exhibit and a close combat fighting exhibit that can be disturbing. I recommend going into the simulated bomb shelter. I...More

Great place packed to the rafters with exhibits relating to the experiences of the 101st airborne during the battle of the bulge. This place has to be at the top of the list for anyone visiting Bastogne.

Although a small Museum I would say it one of the best I have ever been in both on this tour and also other WW2 trips I have been on. Great integrative Bombing Experience,

Although this Museum is much smaller and older than the new great War Museum- which is only a short drive away- still, it made a very strong impact on me. The sights are still vivid in my head, often make me think how horrible and...More

This is a wonderful museum. It gives great detail in explaining what it was like for the 101st Airborne during the siege of Bastogne. Make sure that you visit the simulated bombing that residents of Bastogne and our soldiers had to endure. You will feel...More

This place needs to be visited to tie into the history of the Battle of the Bulge. It is best done after visiting the Bastogne Barracks. This museum has memorabilia in cabinets on the upper floors and a basement scenario that should not be missed.

A very good collection that shows both authentic items from members of the 101 Airborne as well as very convincing dioramas - and do not miss the rooms in the basement!!!

Displays were well done, usually depicting specific events and identified people during the defense of Bastogne. Many of the items on display were special, if not unique. It's a small museum, with little hi-tech explanation, but it still was of great interest to our 11...More

The museum it self is very small. But I took a day to see around so. There is a lot to see and visit.
