The art was well displayed and well labeled. After the main floor the other floors are strangely located, some having an escalator or elevator to access them more easily. Well worth exploring to the depths, as it were.

We always visit the main art gallery in cities we visit and we were not disappointed here. It is vast and the modern art section was not fully open but we loved the Breughels etc. as part of the same visit we saw an extensive...More

Unless you're passionate about art and have plenty of time it seems almost impossible to see all four museums in one go -Old Masters, Fin de siècle, Modern Art and Magritte- each is worth more than a passing glance. I started with the Old Masters...More

Fine art museum for art lovers: some great masterpieces as Peter Bruegel or Hieronimus Bosch, van Dyck or Rubens. I was lucky to visit it!

It was good experience to visit this place just beside city center of the Brussels. Lots of painting from different artists are main attraction of the place. If you have time, then you can visit the place.

We only had one hour for this museum but we could have spent much more time here. We focused our time on the Golden Age of Flemish art but were also able to see a couple unusual paintings, including a Rubens that I would never...More

I'm sure the contents of the museum are really interesting but the surly, rude and uninterested staff were a real put-off. There was blatent sniggering at my attenpts to speak French and several would only speak to me in Flemish which I don't speak. Only...More
