This is a great collection of military planes and technology. That being said, all the signage is only in French it seems which makes it hard for everyone to enjoy. Additionally when I was there it seems there was a book show in most of the aisles which made the experience seem odd.

What a fantastic museum. There is plenty to keep all ages occupied and you could spend a whole day viewing the exhibits. Entry is free of charge and it is well worth the short metro ride from the centre of Brussels.

If you want to take a close look at all their collections, you should probably spend here a whole day. Just an advice: since the admission is free, please leave this guys (the Belgian Army btw) an offer using the box that you will find in the aeronautics pavillion!

My 8 years old son was overwhelmed by the huge number of planes that he could see all together. This museum is a must when visiting brussels

If war and history is your thing take 3 hours and enjoy from swords to canons and fighter jets and tanks they all seem to have made it... More

Fascinating museum and the detail re WW2 was exceptional. You can go to the top of the building again for free and have a wonderful view of Brussels. Good place for a drink and toilet stop too if travelling with small children!

This museum is free! It has a lot of planes, tanks, armor, guns, swords, etc. It's a great way to spend a few hours. Especially if you happen to have some boys in tow!

really great museum, a lot of different items. A lot to see, so plan ahead few hours for this. And you have a chance to go to the roof for panorama.
