this original villa has so much or the original architecture and design left of art deco/ early modernism it is truly unusual to see it all in one, at its original site, the way the owners and designers intended it, a true gem for anybody...More

This is the former private house of a banker, where nothing has changed. The house combines art deco with the Amsterdam school, and comes fully furnished with the original furnishings, and loads of artwork. The latter is mainly by the hand of Gustave Van de...More

Quite fantastic place with a chance to feel like you are visiting the van Buuren's rather than the usual museum 'behind a rope' experience. My tip look at the very clever animated film that plays upstairs to learn about David and Alice and then take...More

We only visited the gardens. We were interested in visiting the maze but it is quite small and not so great as some opinions say. The rest of the garden of not interest at all. Not worthy.

A little out of Brussels centre, this house is totally complete in the original Art Deco style from the house & furniture to the gardens. The whole place can be visited and is in excellent condition

Recommended by a family member we visited this absolute hidden delight on a damp February afternoon. We were not diappointed. It was so intimate a venue and so beautifully decorated that it left both of us speechless. I doubt if it is possible to find...More
