Brussels sure is a city that still holds some secrets. Abdij Ter Kameren is one of them. Just a few feet away from the busy shopping streets, you'll find this old abbey site with lovely gardens to stroll through. Most of the buildings on this...More

It is rather unusual to find such a pleasant place in the middle of a large city. It’s great walking around the well kept gardens, the small pond and the church. The inside of the church is austere but it has some very interesting paintings...More

This place is clearly one of my three favourite spots in Brussels. Beautiful, cared for and quiet gardens in the middle of a busy area, easy access and never crowded.

Always attracts a cool, chilled crowd. Little nooks and crannies to explore. Great place for strolling and also for exercising.
