I gave it 5 start for the majestic building and the beautiful architecture. But it is so sad to see all the gratifies through out the building. I cannot understand how the city or whoever in charge could let this happen.

Another project of King Leopold II. Reputedly larger than the St. Peter's Basilica in Rome and the largest structure of the 19th century. Impressive building but an uninteresting eclectic style. Good views over Brussels from the square in front.

It looks like an impressive building but unfortunately is now full of scaffolding, and you cannot even go inside to see. However, it's worth going there as the surroundings offer and overlook of the city.
