What a kind people are they. I went to buy a engagement ring for my girlfriend in Antwerpen and I went to a lot of shops. But Ben and his wife where the first people to explain me everything from A to Z. He told me if I knew something about diamonds and he let me see everything about what to know about the diamonds. Everywhere you come in Antwerpen they only want to sell, but at Adori they want’ to let you know how the industry works and not to get cheated by other diamond sellers. I went everywhere but I came back to Adori Millenium because I had the best feeling with them. After I decided to buy the ring at his place he said to me “Go and check the diamond and if it’s good you will come back”. This is something unbelievable to do and it’s very kind. I went to check the diamond at a diamond center without giving any papers of the diamond to see if it would be the same. The man who appraised the diamond said exactly what is on the passport of the diamond. It was perfect. After my proposal I came back and gave them a little present because they deserve it. I would recommend everyone to buy at Adori Millennium. Not only because they unbelievable assortiment, but also because of their personal touch.

But for the women I still have this to say: Having been around most of the shops in the area, Ben and Katy were a breath of fresh air. Seriously its exhausting trying to find the right place to order something so special and significant like our wedding rings, but they made it so easy. Most significant of all was that our case was a special one as we ordered the rings in less common materials like 21k gold and 950 platinum. It must have been a lot more work for Ben. But he didn't ask for extra compensation. In fact he was generous and gave us a good discount when we made the order. A week later as we received the rings it turns out that he had actually made a mistake with the calculation of the price and won't make much money on our special order. Still he kept his word and refused to accept any extra compensation as he had made the rings from the heart and only wishes for our happiness and gratitude in return. I had a rough idea of what I wanted the engagement ring to look like. The finished ring exceeded expectations. I was there when the stone was set and polished, and I captured the whole thing on camera. This made the whole process even more exciting. The ring fit almost perfectly, but needed a little adjustment. This was not a problem and Ben took the time to make the adjustment. My girlfriend (now future wife) was overwhelmed with the ring. I will definitely have the rings done here for the wedding as well.
