This is a nice modern area in Rotterdam close to the Erasmus Bridge. There are many restaurants and also a theatre and cinema. Some of the buildings are unique especially De Rotterdam. Well worth an hour or two.

i was surpised by the good looking buildings the Erasmus bridge is a must see area in Rotterdam .you were not in Rotterdam if you didn't visit the erasmusbridge

The change is remarkable, a lot of work has been done here and it shows. Great new architecture in combination with the majestic Hotel New York. Nice place.

A new built,modern area,with a very nice look,surrounded by water from three parts.There are a lot of skyscrapers with interesting architecture.Closest metro station is "Wilhelminaplein".

In the summer, everything is more fun - except the winter activities. This is a nice place to walk around during a calm summer evening or chill with some friends at the bars near by. Historical place with interesting things to see.

Its almost a Manahattan with skyscrapers on the island. Easily accessible by walk or by water taxi, you can find there upscale restaurants, cinema, walking areas and trendy apartments
