Worth a visit when in Leiden. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very steep climb to the top but lovely view of the town. Great insight into the history of windmills and the Netherlands. Excellent value for money.

Not your usual 'run of the mill' museum! Here to get to learn about the history of windmills and climb to the top of a one. Excellent value too. Something for all the family.

This is brilliant to go and see the inside of a working windmill... family of five €12. Under ground car park opposite ( separate to windmill). There is a video in English ( you can select languages) explaining about windmills in holland and there usage....More
