Since I'm not the biggest modern art fan, visiting a museum with a special exhibit with modern artists. But the local exhibits are great and they have some interesting permanent pieces. I could not find any information on the building and its history, though, while...More

Temporary exhibition gives an overview of the city history and you can request English leaflet from the ticket counter. Temporary exhibitions don't have any translations available though. It's worth visiting to understand the city history a little bit better.

The Museum Flehite is not the most exciting place to visit for families. They have a quest for children which is very nice but the museum as a whole doesn't breathe vibrance. It is more for people of age

The museum was okay. I thought it would have more information about the old city of Amersfoort, but there wasn't much about the city in the exhibits. The movie about the town gave much more of an overview of the history of the city. However,...More

The many (narrow) floors of he museum display various exhibitions, of which many change all the time. The building is interesting in its own right, close to the historical hall of the city and an excellent stop on an easy stroll through the old city....More

This museum is part of the old city of Amersfoort. It's located in three old and historic buildings. I watched the Cobra to Zero exhibition. Nice paintings of the Dutch couple Roetgering. You could also watch a part of the exhibition in the Mondriaanhouse. It's...More
