This is the place where all roads meet. Ondulating roads show you bits of the church which marks the spot where sooner or later the visitor will take a sit to enjoy the busle of passers by, walking or cycling.

The market square was our coffee stop on a fabulous cycle trip from Amsterdam following the LF20 route. There are plenty of coffee shops offering sustenance, in sight of the imposing market square and church. A lovely town to walk around.

It is great to walk around daytime or nighttime with lots of eateries and drinking places and when the market is on it is vibrant and fantastic.

Nice beautiful square; center of the city. Sit and enjoy watching people coming and going or have a snack/meal at one of many cafes. Several touristy places to visit too. The tourist information place is located here and very helpful!

We really liked the area, but the market itself was pretty much non existent during the week. A flower stall on Monday with a few vendors, but not much else. I assume the weekend is better! Though the Turkish pizza was awesome!

It is a trading area anyway, with lots of shops, if you are looking for making some shopping. It doesn't matter that it is not a market day, you still can enjoy the architecture of the old buildings that are surrounding... More

Monday and saturday, the whole day. But I prefer the saturday market: lots of specialsed food stalls with excellent products. Monday it is more clothing and fabrics.
