This large department store has lots of high end brands which seems to be a focus. There was a sale on when we visited but, despite looking high and low for a bargain that we both liked, we came away empty handed.

Probably the main shop to visit if in Amsterdam.

Several floors of designer goods but the Christmas area this year did lack quality in our opinion. In recent year, we always bought something for our tree but nothing stood out at all. ho hum.

I got scammed by De Bijenkorf online store

Scam Alert: I ordered a product from them on their website. They sent me product and it was not delivered due to a mistake in the recipient name. They took one month to process the return of the product. After that, they claimed that they sent me the refund to my bank and it never reached my bank account even after two months. Please be aware of this situation and also I recommend to order from somewhere else since they are not good with running an online store.

Very upmarket department store. All the best perfumery and cosmetics brands, impressive selection of designers and a great restaurant where I enjoyed a great coffee with delicious cookies. Most recommended.

I had a bad experience with hermes branch the stuff was rude, also I was asking to ha air wrap dyson but he said its need 2 days for order ! So why there is a kiosk

Hi Bashayer, I'm sorry to hear about that. It's of course not supposed to happen that you get a rude reply to a question. Dyson has some production issues however as there is a worldwide shortage of computerchips. So if they can order the item you want for you that means you are incredibly lucky. :) Shops do not always carry all of the items in the brand's range s is usually, which is quite normal. De Bijenkorf is a large store in Amsterdam. It is on the edge of Dam Square and is really easy to find.

It is a department store and sells lots of nice things like clothing, bags, scents and make up.

It is a very nice store and has lots of nice clothes but some are a bit too expensive for my wallet.

Visited with my recently graduated daughters from Los Angeles. We enjoyed shopping at De Bijenkorf. The interior is bright and modern, the restroom is clean, and the food court on the 5th floor had the best white asparagus soup we’ve ever had. The coffee, dutch apple tort, and chocolate mousse is also out of this world.

We are visitors from London.
This is a stunning Store.
A gorgeous building and each department is beautifully designed.
Huge choice of quality goods.
The staff are welcoming and helpful.
The Cafe on the top floor is excellent.
Good Covid precautions throughout.
We highly recommend a visit.

I went to the store to buy Balenciaga sneakers, I ended up doing the purchase on the women's floor. When you buy a luxury item, you expect a high client experience service, but unfortunately it was like I was in any department store, or worst. My sneakers were delivered in an old box, with no dust bag! I definitely don't recommend buying there!
