Very nice and very large room in Amsterdam where we attended in 2023 the concert of Maroon 5 .. It is located in the area of the football stadium of Ajax and there is also in the same area another smaller room, the AFAS where we saw a Liam Gallagher concert, before covid . All around , there are several bars, restaurants and shops in a shopping center. In the evening , the outside of the room is beautifully lit and it makes you want to attend the show ..The entrance is easy with many access lines but the security is quite severe - You have to empty your pockets and the search is meticulous . The view is good and the seats are quite comfortable .. Really a concert hall to advise with the possibility to eat in a restaurant before entering and go for a drink in a bar after the concert . all concentrated in the same neighborhood .

I was here for the Acda & the Munnik reunion concert.
We had tickets for the second ring, pretty much at the top. Narrow rows where letting others pass just goes as long as you are both not too big. Also on the seats you should not be too wide because you are very close to the neighbor / woman. The seats are also quite high, the somewhat smaller people (themselves 1.65) can therefore not reach the ground. For an entire concert, that's pretty exhausting.

The venue is huge. Light and sound are fine.
Hospitality is very expensive. Long lines in advance but quick service during the concert; very nice then you have to miss less of the concert!

Big minus; for the whole second ring only a few toilets that are in an illogical location causing huge lines.

Stunning concert location!
It was created specifically to enjoy music to the fullest, you will not be disappointed.
Excellent organization, you enter quickly and the internal directions are very clear. There is even an escalator to go up to the upper floors.
Various merchandising stations.
There are numerous refreshment points, which are decidedly expensive. At the entrance you are given a token which is used to get a glass of anything (even water), otherwise you have to deposit 1 euro.
Payments inside by card only.
Convenient to the metro station, but it fills up like crazy.

Ziggo Dome customer service is substandard. Cup of beer from the balcony above us during the concert got over us; standing soaking wet in the back followed the second part of The Evening of Film Music. On almost €300 worth of cards, Ziggo Dome only wants to reimburse part of the dry cleaning costs. The total dry cleaning costs would have prevented this annoying aftertaste for me; this is such a 'cheap solution' and also running away from responsibility. After all, Ziggo Dome allows people to take those cups of beer upstairs.

We went to see the Karol G bug in Amsterdam and this was the place they chose for the concert.
Spectacular and beautiful place.... Very well organized everything and very good acoustics and visibility.
It was a spectacular concert and everything was great.
I hope to see her again soon.

A unique concert by Danny Vera and the occasional orchestra. Instrumentally it was nicely put together. Parking around Ziggo Dome is basically no problem. There are plenty of places to buy a drink.

Very nice location. Despite the large crowd, it is all well arranged by the staff. The space at the seating areas is limited but doable. Hospitality is not cheap but it is good. Good sound and in a seat you almost always have good visibility.

Visited les Miserables in Ziggo dome. Entrance smooth and chair was sufficient. Sound and performance truly beautiful! Big flaw is the terrible one anyway in the room, not normally cold!

Went to a concert yesterday. We had a great time. Long queues, but you often have that at concerts. Sound was very good, and had plenty of room. For us it is definitely worth repeating. Only downside: staff of the LaPlace part could be a lot friendlier! What a bunch of cranky people work there....

Venue is great, BUT girls at Jack Daniels bar in the VIP section are one star. Ordered 3 beers, asked for a glass of water with them as I was thirsty. They charge 3.50 e for a glass of tap water. When your tickets cost over 700 e it’s so tight and they were really rude. It must be illegal to charge for tap water.
