I am mad about horses and ride at home in the uk, but this experience was a great disappointment and complete waste of money. The architecture is interesting but we paid 8 Euros each to basically visit a local riding school. It’s not a museum,...More

The building looks quite dilapidated, but obviously it has been used intensively over the years. There's a constant stream of young kids, mostly girls, taking riding classes, making for a lively atmosphere. There's a lounge with a bar upstairs where one can enjoy a drink...More

I will name it like this: hidden gem. Very close to Vondelpark, this is the oldest equestrian centre in Amsterdam. Expect a horse typically smell, a quiet and a cozy place with a great architecture. You have to go upstairs and have a coffee or...More

A beautiful arena and glamorous coffee bar. Well worth a visit for horse fans. It is possible to have a lesson here if you book in advance, either side saddle or astride.

Me and my partner are passionate horse riders and when we discovered this place in Amsterdam and we were very excited to visit! I messaged on Facebook about booking a lesson as my partner wanted to learn side saddle which they advertised. I was sent...More
