As is everywhere in the Netherlands, Leiden is a short train away from Amsterdam and a joy to walk or bike around, have coffee and great conversations or wonderful snapshots of explosions of art and design everywhere. I loved my travel to the Netherlands.

Another lively square in Amsterdam, lots of bars and restaurants, plenty of shops and sightseeing. We used tram 2 from Centruum.Very busy but well worth a visit.
Another area good for stay walking eating drinking and just doing nothing but having fun. I loved walking around this place and they have got good restaurants around it.
Leiden Square is popular with tourists, mainly because of the bars. We walked here from a HOHO canal boat stop. It was nice to see the buildings but there are also cafes, restaurants and you can hunt for souvenirs.
