We arrived in the evening in Amsterdam on October 31 expecting our driver to meet us. He texted us to tell us he was 10 minutes late. When he wasn't there 10 minutes later, I texted him and asked how we were supposed to find him. He told us to come to some meeting point which we could not find so, transporting all our luggage, we followed the signs to the outside. We didn't see him anywhere. He carried no sign, contrary to what was promised, but he finally found us. Then he drove like a maniac, scaring us, to our hotel. We had been promised that he would meet us at arrivals, be on time, be carrying a sign so we could recognize him, and help with the luggage. None of this was true. Definitely not worth the money. So we canceled our return days in advance but were only refunded 80%. I highly recommend you NOT use this service.

Perfect solution to get to Amsterdam airport. Driver was professional and car was immaculate. Timely and easy to use. Will use it again

I am back from a few days in Amsterdam to a British Isles Cruise, ending in Rotterdam. I researched a number of services that would provide pickup and transportation during my travels and ended up using Welcome Pickups to pick me up from the AMS Airport and take me to my hotel.
Three days later, I booked them to pick me up at my hotel and take me to the Cruise Port in Amsterdam. Finally, I went ahead and booked them again to pick me up to the Cruise Port in Rotterdam and take me to the AMS Airport.
All three times were excellent! They text/email you the day before, send reminders showing you the picture of the person picking you up as well as a telephone number, etc. I would recommend this service to anyone, it was so well organized and the drivers prompt and so very nice.
I had the same driver (Vanja) twice, once in Amsterdam and in Rotterdam. I actually got off the ship early and he wasn't due to pick me up for an hour, but he was already there and so went ahead and messaged me. I very luckily got picked up earlier and taken to the airport. I was so happy he was so proactive about letting me know he was there. Again, very happy I booked them and would not hesitate to book them again in the future!

I used them for my pickup from airport to hotel and it was fine.
I had a pickup scheduled from the hotel to the train station. The train was cancelled due to a storm so out of my control. I reached out to the assigned driver to let him know. I tried contacting welcome pickups by every way possible, apparently the have no phone contact.
All I wanted was to reschedule the pickup time to the next morning.
Finally someone reached out to me to tell me that there was nothing they could. I had to pay for the missed pickup and a new pickup if I wanted a drive to the train station the next morning

Our driver, Pradeep, not only picked us up, but was patient enough to find us lost in the Paris airport. It made a stressful situation so much better!
Although it cost so much more than an Uber, it was well worth it.

Anyone can experience a problem with a service company. However few companies will stand behind their name and reputation to make the client satisfied. Based on their problem resolution, I’d give a 5 out of 5 stars, but I need to give a ding for the initial problem. I highly recommend them for your next transfer.

My experience was seamless. The driver was great and very communicative - we we chatting right from the time we landed, as we worked our way through customs and got our luggage, etc. It was very reassuring to know our ride was there. Great clean safe ride. I would definitely recommend.

PERFECT - and loved the app keeping me proactively informed! Service couldn’t have been better or easier. We were picked up at Airbnb early and dropped at the front door of Keukenhof. Driver and car the highest level. Made getting to Keukenhof at 8AM a little easier and catching bus back simple, no reservations needed.
