The outlet was really great and although they charge you for parking I think the price is very appropriate. The outlet looks beautiful and the stores are great!
When I visited it was absolutely crowded which caused some queues so I would suggest to visit early.
Great staff nice contact especially on social media.

I went there on a weekday outside school holidays so i expected it wouldn't be so crowded. But there still many people. Due to corona hand sanitizer was obligated in every store. In some store mouth mask were obligated, in most not. In some stores you couldn't try on the clothing, you'd have to put them on in the store. There are plenty places to eat, but there was queuing everywhere and it doesn't come cheap. The shops are really nice, i love the way this outlet is created. It's like a small village. The prices, some shops had really good prices but there were also shops that didn't have much in stock. I suppose that's due to corona as well. Overall, i'd recommend this outlet and i'd love to come back some day. If you go during corona times you should add up a few hours for queuing.

Lot of brands but lines everywhere. It is very crowded that you stay in the line for more than 30 mins. I have been there twice last Sunday and Thursday and same lines. Apart from lines, there are nice offers and discount for most of the brands. It worth visiting.

This was our first and probably last visit.
First of all it took us over one hour to enter the grounds and parking facilities.
1 November is a public holiday in Belgium and Germany and we did not realize this place could be so packed.
No Covid regulations - only a few restaurants did.
All the shops we wanted to visit had hug queues (more than an hour).
When you compare the prices in most of the shops I guess it is not really worth the trip. You will only get some stock excess articles and some items (i.e. Hilfiger) do not have the same quality as in the official stores.
This was so disappointing.
As I said it was extremely busy; lots of families with small children crying and uneducated people trying to break all possible rules.
You could compare the whole thing like a lunapark.
We decided to leave at 4 pm but because of 2-3 accidents direction Germany we were unable to leave our parking spot. We decided to eat around 5 pm - came back and the situation was still like an hour before. People were angry and honking in the garages.
It was very stressful and there was nothing we could do about it.
We managed to slowly but surely leave the 5th floor of the parking around 7 pm.
As I said; never again. What was supposed to be a relaxing fun day became a very disappointing day.

Thank you for taking your time to fill in this review. Just like you, we are very sorry that a day of shopping in our Designer outlet Roermond had to end this way. We can inform you that this traffic jam was caused by many guests wanting to go home at the same time, and the traffic lights on N280 (road to the Outlet) were initially unable to cope with this.
In addition, several accidents happened in the afternoon on the same road, which resulted that the entire N280 towards Germany was eventually closed at the beginning of the evening.
Nevertheless, we understand your frustration of course. The whole situation will be evaluated with the Municipality of Roermond, the Police and Rijkswaterstaat. This has never happened to us before, and we want to prevent something like this from happening again.
Please send us an email(to info@designer-outlet-roermond.com) telling you were in our Outlet this 1st November, include your licenseplate number and we want to see what we can do to compensate you as we really like to see you again in our centre.
This All Saints day has been the busiest day here since reopening from the Covid-19 closure late last year. Unfortunately this busy day coincided with the accidents happening. But then, chances are bigger for an accident when it's busy on the road.
We're also sorry to read about your Covid-19 experiences. The restaurants should observe the regulations and ask for the QR-code to clients that want to sit inside. We will tell the managers this again. Maybe because of the business it did not happen as it should. But especially on days like this, regulations should be followed.

Outlet shopping is NOT like it used to be in the old days.....call me an old fart for growing up in the era of mall shopping, but we went into many stores and I found so many items to be close to normal prices. Discounting 10 euros is not an "outlet price". When I did find a few deals and items that I really liked, I was disappointed that I could not combine my 10% discount (signing up for the app) with other discounts in the store whereas in the past, it was not an issue. I recommend not to get lured into the food shops/coffee shops unless you want to triple the price of what you think it should be.....chaaaaching! Keep in mind to not be surprised that they charge for parking. So in the end is it really worth the trip from where ever you are coming from to go shopping here if the items are practically regular priced, charge you for your bag, paying for gas/parking, and the time you spend? Just some points to consider before spending the day here. On a positive note, I can say many stores were clean had helpful sales representatives. The layout of the mall is appealing and easy to navigate.

Nowadays, because of online Retail, it might be possible that you find online products, the prices of which are comparable to ours. We visited Roermond outlets on a rainy Sunday mainly because the shops are closed in Germany on Sunday and out of curiosity to compare this outlet mall to others around the world.
The parking is paid and plentiful, however the price is very modest.
Washrooms were very clean and adequate in quantity considering the crowd size.
The food options seem a bit scattered in location and price. We found the best value and freshest food at a second-floor buffet style in the style of a Movenpick called "La Place". We ate on the second-floor balcony while a huge thunderstorm came in. It was comical to see the lineup of people braving the pouring rain, seemingly desperate to enter the Birkenstock store across the lane.
Like most other outlet malls, the prices are moderately cheaper based on last year's merchandise. What the mall does provide is a good selection in one location. We avoided any stores with line-ups and still managed to snag a few good purchases.

We arrive at 20:40 at the Armani, we had to wait more than 10 minutes outside.
When we finally came inside the very unkind cashier-manager was announcing that
they close at 9 you need to come now to pay otherwise you can't pay-buy anything after 9(not please not thanks used)
When i wanted to pay, I complained about it she answer that I don't have to tell her what to do and this is the policy of the Armani Stores!
We have visit Armani stores many times in Holland and other countries, we felt always welcome.
I'm looking forward to your answer.

What a waste of parking monday... Still cannot see why heeps of people keep going there... The whole place smells of cigarettes as they allow smoking everywhere. It is 2023 please. Shop workers (I feel for you but still) do not greet when you enter or leave the shop. Assortiment is mostly bad quality and little choice

Compared to their outlet stores in Canada and the US this site is terrible. Expect to queue for a long time with little fresh air owing to the toxic cigarette smoke in your face. Small petit collection. Not fit for purpose. AVOID THE WEEKEND.

Very diverse shopping outlet, with a huge number of stores. Has grown a lot since my first visit over 10 years ago. I would advise you to avoid the center during the weekends since it gets extremely crowded then. There are plenty sanitary places as well as plenty of possibilities to grab something to eat/drink.

daar kan ik jammer genoeg geen antwoord op geven maar wat ik wel weet het is een show van merkkleding en uiteraard zijn er altijd mensen voor te vinden ik loop trouwens ook graag netjes gekleed maar daarvoor hoef je niet naar de outlet in Roermond er zijn betere koopjes te doen op andere plekken.

Bonjour Ludivine, Les chiens sont bien acceptés dans le centre, nous avons même une fontaine d'eau rafraîchissante pour chiens, elle est située devant notre magasin Timberland.
