A small and modern shopping center located in walking distance to Zurich's main railway station.
All very clean and neat with multiple sports, clothing and food store.

Europa Allee is more of a row of high rise buildings located next to the main train station. This series of buildings contains business, residential, grocery store, cafés, sports stores, other specialty stores, a very soon opening branch of the Jack & Jo restaurant and later opening 25 Hours Hotel.
The centers main passage way is hectic during the lunch hours as most of the business people stop at one of the restaurants and the local school kids head over to pick up a quick, cheap lunch from the grocery store.

We discovered this shopping mall by chance after stumbling across a billboard in central Zurich promoting the shopping mall and the surrounding residential and business development.
The walk to the shopping mall from the main concourse of the Zurich HB Railway Station to the mall was a distance of about 500 metres and took us about 15 minutes. On arrival at the mall, the main entrance was difficult to find because of building work being done in the area.
After finding our way in, we discovered that the mall contained a limited range of shop types. These included a small department store, a small supermarket, several small cafes, a Starbucks coffee shop, women’s fashion stores, a large sporting goods shop and several stores selling apparel and gear for outdoor leisure activities.
The shopping opportunities were therefore somewhat limited unless you were particularly interested only in the categories mentioned. On the plus side we did discover some sale prices on goods, available in the sports shop and made several purchases.
This mall appears to be better suited to the residents of Zurich and does not really rate as a place to visit for tourists like ourselves.

As title said, it is just a mall. Very unpersonal; nothing exciting. Some Shops with higher prices; it is not worth visiting.
Environment is "american style" - midsize buildings which could be in any town without any flair.

We visit often Zürich so it’s refreshing to discover new areas. Clean and modern style for the all Europaallee, we enjoyed strolling around even if the area is small it does have many restaurants and shop and we liked it’s so close to the main ZH railway station. Definitely will be back.

this new area right by the train station in Zürich has brought some spunk to the good old city. This new shopping, dining, coffee, book store, strolling, cinema, bistro, living space has it's modern charm. There are brand new boutiques, stores still opening up. you can walk outside along the "mall" they are planting trees, put benches and outside seating everywhere....the Tram nr 1 will be going through the parallel street in 5 years....cool place where young and old meets....no fuss and fancy, just the way you are...anything goes. No high end name brands scaring you away!!!! great place to be and hang.

We had visited this shopping centre previously during our first stay in Zurich. Consequently, we knew that it caters primarily for the local shopper rather than tourists.
During our most recent stay in Zurich, we visited this shopping centre again, with the sole intention to purchase some specific items, from a large sports store which we knew was located there.
Our impressions of this shopping centre were not changed by this visit. It still caters for local residents rather than tourists. In fact, there appeared to be fewer shops located within the centre compared to our visit two years previously.
There is a major construction project underway next to the centre which hampers access to the entrance from one side.
Not recommended for tourists!

It's a small mall with large outdoor / sport supply stores. Supermarket, Starbucks and restaurants. Enough for a rest stop waiting the rain cloud float by.

Nothing unexpected here. The outside passageway is lined with some nice high end luxury goods stores that are pretty to pass. The actual indoor mall, entrance close to the Zurich HB end of the allee, is pretty standard fare: Starbucks, a Coop, few high end women's clothing stores & a specialist sport store. I like the look of the cafe Jack & Jo but haven't tested it out yet.
At the far end of the passage is currently a small winter market with a decent sized ice rink.
