I went there at 14:00 in the middle of the week. The place was mostly empty, but it still took 20 minutes to place an order. The staff there is also passive aggressive for no apparent reason

The prime tower restaurant is one of the must have seens in Zürich. The service is great and so is the food and the view over lovely Zürich. Alltough it's overpriced, it's worth a visit. Better get your table asap!
