I had bought 2 tickets for the Irish-Roman SPA before they changed their COVID-19 measures. So I asked for a refund and they didn't agree with it, instead of, they offered me a voucher that expires in 5 years. However, I am not living there, in Switzerland, I am going to be there only this month. Now I don't know how could I have this cashback, cos I don't have the intention to go there again for the next 5 years.

We had very bad experience there, because the staff at Bistro was totally not friendly , that we oder salmon and salad. terrible quality !! The staff was unbelievably ignored. Never come back again !!!!!!!! My sincerely suggestion. Water not enough clean and outside temperature was too cold. All Dear Friends could you imagine, the staff come to outside pool just like police to watching you ... .

If you love Korean spas, this will fall a bit flat but the ambiance and views are amazing! Problem is none of the spas are hot. They are all warm but not hot. There is a nice hot steam bath however. I have an 11 year old girl and a 14 year old boy. It was awesome that they are kid friendly as not all Korean spas are. So that was a plus. Definitely a great way to spend a day in Zurich.

My husband and I visited on a Monday in Zurich when it was a little rainy. This was a great way to spend a few hours before dinner! Definitely recommend upgrading to the Roman Irish part for $60 pp. It's nicer than the main part and more to do. We walked 20 min here from the center of town, and they gave us towels and a robe. You need a 2 swiss franc coin to use the lockers, so we got some cash from an atm on the way and the cashier at the spa was able to make change for us. The rooftop pool at the top is cant miss, and it was bearable even in the cold. We spent 2 hrs here and felt satisfied, but you could spend more. Pools were nice and hot unlike some reviewers experienced, and while there were a lot of couples I didn't feel like the PDA was over the top. They had hair dryers in the locker rooms which was nice. Very clean. Overall, no regrets and very enjoyable!

We visited on a Sunday night and it was pretty busy. Would recommend to get the Roman spa pass as it was quieter in these spaces. Seemed like a lot of couples were lurking around kissing. Rooftop was pretty average. The Roman baths go around in a set order - you start off with a steam room and then continue to exfoliate then go into other baths. Quite an enjoyable night out.
