Not a bad old town with quite a few sights, but overall, very touristy and definitely overpriced. OK for a short visit.

We thought the shops and buildings were really interesting. Some definite over-priced "name brand" places but lots of other interesting places to look at. Very large area.

Hotel Zum Storchen is FANTASTIC if you must have river views. If you don't want to spend quite that much, Hotel Central also has river views and is across the river from the train station. Lastly, Hotel St. Gotthard is great... More
