Attractive with lots of shade under huge trees. Along with pretty flower beds it makes it a relaxing place to sit or stroll looking out over the lake.

This is a lovely park by the lake, the view of the city is beautiful. Red benches decorate the path where you can sit to rest and enjoy the view. A must do while in Lugano.

Wandering through the gardens or even running through them is a lovely experience. So close to the city centre and situated right on the lake, it's a must see in Lugano.

I walked here at 7am on a Sunday morning. This is the best time to visit. Only local dog walkers around, all of high will say good morning to you :)

It would be a terrible shame to visit Lugano and not walk in this marvelous park. The planting is lovely, the benches are plentiful and the views are superb.

I walked through this park several times during my day trip to Lugano. I especially enjoyed a picnic lunch on one of the benches overlooking the lake. The hundreds of colorful tulips were all in bloom, and the park was beautiful! Definitely recommended for a...More

it takes about 15 to 30 minutes to walk there from the train station, but it is downhill. better take the bus from the train station to the main bus station downtown.
