Really enjoyed this relatively small museum, but with a large selection of works by Kirchner (some of Davos). Also a friendly welcome by museum staff. If you want a change from the slopes, this is an ideal contrast.

Very nice selection of Ernst Kirchner's works painting, woodcarvings and woodcuts. The movie on his life is very interesting. a must see for neo-expressionists. Almost every one there ( a handful) were sneezing because of a musty atmosphere ( not good for those who come to Davos for rest from respiratory allergies)

A well thought-out journey depicting Kirchner's life works. They generally have another artist on display as well.

Was in Davos on business and took a break to enjoy a bit of the local culture. This museum space and featured artist were such a wonderful surprise! Kirchner has a very intriguing history in Davos, as well as personal style, which is creatively incorporated into the presentation of the art. There is also a film, but it was only... More

We made a visit to the Kirchner Museum in Davos. We were with kids from 10 to 13 and they had their own tour! Worth while and we recommend taking your private tour!

This is an exclusive museum as it is the only one about the works from Ernest Ludwig Kirchner. That said, there are not many paintings to see. I guess we mainly paid for the temporary exhibition and the building which costed a lot. But honestly, it is overpriced. If you are on a tight budget just leave it and keep... More

Small but complete museum of the artist including not only his artwork but things you do not normally get a chance to see: personal letters, birth and death certificates, artwork from his childhood, and even the actual pistol he used to end his life. Morbid, I know, but fascinating none the less.
