After seeing the lion we went back to the center but couldn't resist climbing up to the highest tower to see the landscape and enjoy these wonderful monuments of the past

Awesome old and historic wall and Towers. I got goosebumps as I heard the story about the wall and the city. Simply great!

This is worth the hike up the hills. The views of the city and lake are amazing. The towers are interesting to look at as well.

Make sure to walk part or all of city walls protecting Old Town Lucerne. Views are stunning and it is just a short walk up the hill from downtown area
