Attempted to have a quick coffee and cake before visiting the exhibition. Halfway through got moved because of a jazz concert due to start in half an hour, long after the quick snack would have finished, to a standing area with no chairs. I'm not...More

This is a small museum which is free with your Swiss Rail Pass. You can take the bus right to the museum. It has a collection of Klee drawings but not many paintings. The paintings were great, the drawings not so much. The exhibit of...More

If you're interested in modern art / architecture and Paul Klee, then the Zentrum Paul Klee is a must visit. If not, you can skip the visit as there is not much more to see. I personally loved the building, museum and surrounding park. I...More

It is such a pity, that our visit today ended so badly. Apparently, Zentrum Paul Klee is not family-oriented and not welcoming young children. I love the museum and often go there, but today we were two families with three kids (4; 1,5; 0,5). First,...More

Built to reflect the rolling hills of the landscape, this was a really worthwhile visit, both for the exhibition inside and the outside. An extra plus is the comfortable cafeteria

Paul Klee died in 1940 after a fascinating life of exploration and contemplation the drove his art. An excellent film is shown regularly that explains his life and art. Well worth the visit.

Went to this museum on a free Saturday (August 2017 very Saturday is free entry). The building itself is very interesting to look at. Inside are Klee's works from different time periods, so some are more modern than others. It is nice that you can...More

Go to Zytglogge(2-3 min. from your hotel) where Marktgasse ends and Kramgasse begins. This is the main street in Bern's old town running parallel to the river. Take Bus no 12, the direction is 'Paul Klee Museum', and the... More
