I really love this place! What I like most is the Main Fountain "Fontana Maggiore" superbly decorated with figures of the months and seasons. From this square you have also a wonderful view of the main Corso called Corso Vannucci.

We love to go to the Piazza, grab some pizza and sit out and watch the birds at the fountain or the people coming and going.. There is great activity or events thru out the year.. Chocolate Festival in October and July is the Umbrian...More

It is a beautifully maintained and attractive piazza with the Duomo, Museum ad Fontana Maggiore. A hive of activity and especially lively at night.

Visit at both day time and in the evening when the lights are. Active and lively. Many students from the universities enjoying the evening air. Also home to one of the free stages during Umbria Jazz. we Love To Travel in Italy
