Great jewelry but on line prices ambiguous

I researched on line an 18 carat mount Carmel medal as a present for my brother in France and it looked beautiful and competitively priced. I enquired by email whether delivery was exempt of VAT shipped to France and the reply was affirmative. However when I placed the order on line I was informed that VAT would be added for France just like to a non member EU country in my case the UK. That added 20% so no longer competitive as compared to stores like Vaticano in Rome. Otherwise it’s a beautiful gold medal with impeccable craftsmanship so 4 stars.

Wonderful shopping experience

I ordered a medal from Assisi Jewels, which has an online shop, and wanted to add a chain. The lady who was in charge of my order was extremely nice and helpful. She helped me choose a chain that would fit nicely with the medal I had selected and arranged for an additional payment so that I would only be charged once for shipping. The package arrived in France one day after leaving Assisi. The medal and the chain are lovely: I have worn them every day since they arrived. They came in a nice little box accompanied by a complimentary gift bag. The prices are quite reasonable and the quality is really good. A warm thank you to the staff. I highly recommend Assisi Jewels!

Wonderful Visit

While recently in Assisi on pilgrimage, I had the pleasure of getting lost and ending up at Assisi Jewels--maybe it was divine intervention. I loved the jewelry and bought quite a few beautiful items. Fausto and his "fiancee" were wonderful, so kind, warm and helpful. What a beautiful couple. Thanks for the hospitality...I hope to be back in two years and will most definitely drop by.

Assisi Jewels Rocks!

This was my second purchase from Assisi - this time a replacement for a missing ring I bought from Assisi Jewels a year before. I lost the ring on Monday and had my new beautiful replacement on Friday the same week...and I live in Seattle, WA...so talk about fast service. The quality is beyond compare...the best service and price you'll find out there. I love this store and all of their staff for their professionalism and dedicated customer service. Beautiful Jewelry

Im so glad I stumbled upon this store. I always buy a special piece of jewelry on my vacations. I look for quality and something that represents the location. This store has locally made fine jewelry that is symbolic. The store has various price points. The people are knowledgeable and work with your budget and style preferences. The pieces range from modern and trendy to classic and timeless!

I bought an absolutely stunning blue topaz necklace that has an adjustable chain! I get so many compliments on it! I also picked up too small rise window charms as gifts. The rose window charms were so unique that I didn't want to give them away! I plan to order and ship a large rose window for myself at some point!

If you are in the Assisi area or looking to buy online then I highly recommend this store.

On 2 of my visits to Assisi I purchased beautiful jewelry from Fausto at Assisi Jewels. I had visited his shop on my first visit and once home communicated with Fausto regarding the Canticum Collection rings. Fausto was very helpful and on my next visit he had the ring ready for me to try, no pressure if I did not want to purchase it. I di and I wear it everyday. We visited again this year and we were welcomed as great friends by Fausto and his fiancé Francesca. Beautiful high quality jewelry.

St. Francis of Assisi is, and always has been, my very favorite saint. I pray to him every day, and I have even gone so far as to pray, "FRANK.....I need your help!" I wanted a St. Francis medal that was truly special, so on the spur of the moment, I looked up Assisi Jewels, and found a St. Francis medal, the Tau cross, and the beautiful Humilis ring affiliated with St. Francis. I sent an order to Assisi Jewels, on line, (this is the first time in my life I tried something like this.) Well, I got an e-mail from Signor Fausto Baldini, whose patience with me was unlimited. He not only helped me with my order, but was genuinely concerned with my satisfaction upon receipt of the articles......he even had them blessed for me!

The workmanship of these items was above perfection - you can truly see the pride and compassion that goes into every piece Assisi Jewels sells. I've worn the ring, cross and medal ever since I received it, and I've gotten so many compliments on their beauty - they remind me each day to say a prayer for my special friend at a certain little jewelry store in Assisi. I am so looking forward to a trip to Assisi to meet this very, very special person, and of course, to buy more BEAUTIFUL jewelry!! Do I HIGHLY recommend this store? OH YEAH!
