Occupying part of Il Duomo's extension, this museum houses Pisano's original statues from the building's façade and a fine array of panels, including works by Simone Martini, Pietro Lorenzetti and Sano di Pietro.

From beautiful stained glass window to weird & crazy looking sculptures.Climbing the very narrow steps was well worth it for the astonishing view from up top. If you are larger or hate enclosed places then i would suggest you think about it before attempting as...More

Just the stained glass window alone is worth the visit, let alone all the statues of apostles. You gain entry with an all in one pass which gives you entry tom5 cathedral sites and is great value at 12 Euros

A lot of the statues of the Duomo facade aren't the original statues. It's the originals you'll find here in the museo. Although they are (heavily) corroded, it is still a great pleasure to see al this magnificent work by Pisano. A real must see!
