With its shell shape, this square radiates outwards from the magnificent Torre del Mangia; great place to relax during the day and grab a meal at night.

I have seem much more beautiful piazzas elsewhere. This one was so large yet it was filled with tourists. Very kitchy. I was not a fan of this place and essentially tried to avoid it as much as possible during my two day stay in...More

One of the most suggestive beauties of Tuscany, it's a symbol of the Italian medium age era. Fantastic!

Visited the Piazza at night. Incredible! So large that our photocamera could not take it all in. All around full of restaurants with outside seating. There must have been several thousand people. It is a must see in Siena.
