Nice little park near to the river. Was cool and shady on a red hot day so nice to spend a few minutes here to try and cool down. Nice sitting areas and the park is enclosed by historic walls.

Nice neighborhood park adjacent to ancient walls and fort (Fortezza di San Gallo). I accessed the park via a small bridge at Via di Fortezza. There is a grassy area which seems to be used when showing movies (a large screen was set up). The playground was popular with children and parents. There are plenty of shaded areas to sit and relax. Some signage tells of the history and recent archaeological excavations that have taken place here.

A nice little park inside the walls of an old fortress. You will encounter mostly locals here.
There is playing equipment for the children. And a large lawn area where movies can be shown in the open air.
Which all in all leaves limited space for trees, flowers etc. So don't expect a 'real' park with lots of trees, ponds and the like or you might get disappointed.

A gem of a garden situated off the tourist trail.
despite being on the ring road these gardens are an oasis of serenity, and feature some lovely small sculptures. There is a café, and it also houses and open air cinema that shows films during the summer.

Enjoyed having my lunch in this park. It was quiet and peaceful. There are plenty benches and the historic walls surrounding the place are very interesting.

I found this park at the hottest time of the afternoon and spent some time in the shade enjoying the garden, the wall, and the art that has been placed in the park. If you are interested in seeing the wall, it is nice way to do it

If your walking along the river, this park is hidden behind old fort looking walls. It’s well worth a visit to take rest from your walking or to have a picknic. Locals meet and sit on the grass.

The garden is a small haven away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Pisa. You can either find a shady bench or sit on the grass or steps and enjoy a break. People are reading books, children play and others just sit on a blanket and enjoy the surroundings.

Con il cane non si può entrare,ho già visto diverse volte il guardiano che mandava via gente con il cane al guinzaglio. Per la pizza se te la porti da fuori ok, ci sono diverse panchine, il prato o a limite la zone studio dove ci sono anche tavolini
