If you take a strool on top of the city walls in Lucca, you can admire this beautiful city from an elevated viewpoint...and it's definately worth it. A wonderful walk in the shade of the trees that line the top of the walls. Enjoy!

Not being as young and fit as we were, we decided to split the walk into 4 sections and did a bit each day. Plenty of information at each point of interest and a very enjoyable (and easy) walk.

We landed in Lucca after having an incredible vineyard experience at Podere Concori. Words cannot describe the peace, serenity, and gorgeous views from the top of the Wall. This was probably the happiest bike jaunt that my wife and I have been on (since we...More

At least 2 bike hire places located close to the entry/exit points of the wall. Easy to spot in such a small town.
