We were fortunate enough to attend one of their performances this past August! It was the perfect length at just over an hour and the final duet made us wish for more. We were with two friends that had never attended any type of Opera...More

The ads and tickets say 7PM. It didn't start until 7:15 and was clear that it was intended to be that way. The first half was 20 minutes. The printed program and 50% of the presentations did not match. The reverberation of the hall only...More

Short and well executed, perfect for a begging of an evening in Lucca. Great also for non-opera lovers or first-timers. We went to the Puccini and Verdi evening and really liked it. Book online (pay at the door) for a 10% discount

If you like Puccini then this is a must - we had a mixture of Neapolitan songs and operatic arias with soprano, tenor and piano accompaniment

We visited on18th September. We arrived drenched by a Noah style downpour. We were grateful that the doors were already open well in advance of the concert to save us further drenching. We were treated to a mixture of Mozart and local hero Puccini music,...More

When we went in September 2017, there were several rotating programs of which the program featuring Puccini (as opposed to Mozart, other opera excerpts, Neapolitan songs, etc.) was featured. Since the artists likely rotate as well, I don't see much point in naming names but...More
