I visited the botanic section - needs some care but I liked its wild look. I was impressed with the lovely hall on marine life - the whale skeletons are incredible and the diorama especially the one with dolphins was superb.

To appreciate this museum, it must be understood that this is an eminently didactic facility, with a few original pieces; remarkable for a city of medium size as Livorno (and my score takes into account this consideration), but not of national interest, much less international....More
