Piazza Mino is in the center of the small village/town of Fiesole. Nice excursion away from the tourist buzz of Firenze.

Worth a trip up to Fiesole and the Piazza Mino. The statues are both classic and modern and quite wonderful!

By chance we arrived on market day. There were stalls selling an asdortment of things from lollies to lace to jewelry to wooden hand crafts. Interesting. The piazza is a nice size with glimpses of Florence in the distance.
