The museum is stunning. The collection of art they have is just mind blowing and, honestly, is much better and richer than the one in extremely overrated Uffizi or Galleria d'Academia. Anyway, the day in Pitti was totally spoiled by a salesperson in a bookshop on...More

I have never before seen so much art in one small place. This place is like a powerhouse for paintings. They also a lot of sculptures but the paintings were my favorite part. Especially the medieval paintings.

You cannot visit Florence without being absolutely saturated with art in its various forms. We concentrated on architecture, paintings and statues and this museum supplied them all.

The collection of art, furniture, jewelry, and books here is simply overwhelming! The vastness and depth of it all will take you hours to walk through if you want to truly take it all in. We were there for 2.5 hours and didn't have time...More

This Palazzo is like most palaces, overly decorated with gold everywhere. What is different though is that it has a gallery with some of the best art any palace has to offer: The Palatine. It includes works by Lippi, a few Botticellis and five or...More

I am not sure. Please look online at the primary attraction. If you plan to see more things please look at the city pass as the easy access to most events was also a great perk!
