This is a truly beautiful work of art. I stoll and looked at this for ages and kept seeing more and more of the sculptures.

As of June 2017 it's under extensive renovation and hard to see. However, it's on Piazza Signoria and so it's one of the main attractions in Florence, so a must visit. Who knows how long the rennovations will take. Nothing is quick in Italy :)

It will be marvellous once the work completed. It can only be partially seen presently but what you can see is impressive. The billboard explains the intricate stripdown of all the pipework in preparation for the reconstruction of the fountain

Was amazing before but will really be fantastic after being renewed and restored (not renovated). You can peak at it and also read the interesting billboards about how they are doing the renewal.

This statue and fountain was being repaired, but you could see through the barriers and it was interesting to read how they are going about restoring it.

will immediately identify with Uffizi. As in past
times, passing through Via dei Calzaiuoli, you can
reach the city center, the Florence that everybody
dreams of. In just a few steps, visitors can
experience the rare beauty of the capital of the
Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio
and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the
